Terms and conditions

1. Scope / General matters

www.vsaintergroup.com is the online shop of VSA Intergroup AG. The present General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as GTC) apply to all services provided by www.vsaintergroup.com. By placing an order, the customer expressly agrees to these General Terms and Conditions which apply to all services of the online shop (www.vsaintergroup.com) of VSA Intergroup AG. VSA Intergroup AG may change the www.vsaintergroup.com terms and conditions at any time. Any such amendments shall enter into force immediately upon publication.


2. Prices

The product prices stated on www.vsaintergroup.com at the time of the customer's order are binding. Should there be an error in the listed price, VSA Intergroup AG reserves the right to make subsequent price adjustments. If that is the case, the customer will be informed of this circumstance and can withdraw from the purchase within the period set by VSA Intergroup AG. All prices are in Euro including value added tax and excluding shipping costs, unless otherwise stated. The shipping costs may vary depending on the order value and are, unless otherwise noted, borne by the customer.


3. Registration

Registration on www.vsaintergroup.com is reserved exclusively for persons with full legal capacity. With the order, the customer guarantees that he is at least 18 years old, not under guardianship and capable of judgement. There is no entitlement to admission to the online shop. The customer must provide the required data for registration completely and truthfully. The customer himself is responsible for updating his data.


4. Order / conclusion of contract

The customer's order is only binding once it has been confirmed by VSA Intergroup AG by e-mail. VSA Intergroup AG is free not to confirm an order without providing any reason. With his order, the customer confirms the correctness of all information he provided. Should the customer provide incorrect or incomplete information, VSA Intergroup AG may withdraw from the contract. VSA Intergroup AG also has the right to withdraw if the products are not available from the manufacturer. In this case, VSA Intergroup AG will endeavour to find an alternative solution after consulting with the customer. If the customer has no need for this, there are no further rights and obligations of the two contracting parties.


5. Shipping

VSA Intergroup AG has a large stock of products. Ordered goods that are ordered and confirmed by 6 p.m. will be delivered to our customers within 1-3 working day. If individual goods are not in stock, the time of dispatch may be delayed depending on the manufacturer’s delivery times. Delivery periods are always non-binding and delays in delivery shall in no case justify the customer to claim for damages or opt to withdraw from the contract. The customer is obliged to check the delivery immediately upon receipt and to return incorrect or defective deliveries to VSA Intergroup AG within 14 days. All products not returned for these reasons will be invoiced.


6. Transfer of risk

The risk passes to the customer as soon as the shipment has been handed over to the company carrying out the transport. If the shipment is delayed or becomes impossible through no fault of VSA Intergroup AG, the risk passes to the customer upon notification of readiness for shipment. A transfer of the transport costs agreed in individual cases by VSA Intergroup AG has no influence on the transfer of risk.


7. Payment methods

VSA Intergroup AG acts as the invoice issuer.

Customers can pay with PayPal, credit card or advance payment. The payment process takes place in any case via a secure SSL encryption technology.


8. Retention of title; offsetting; right of retention

In the case of consumers, we reserve the right of ownership of the purchased item until the invoice amount has been paid in full. If you represent a business and are exercising a commercial or independent professional activity, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law, we reserve title to the purchased item until all outstanding claims from the business relationship with the customer have been settled. The corresponding security rights are transferable to third parties.

You shall only be entitled to offsetting if your claims have been legally established or are undisputed or recognised by us. Furthermore, you only have a right of retention if and insofar as your counterclaim is based on the same contractual relationship.

If the customer is in default with any payments towards us, all existing claims shall become due immediately.

9. Quantity restriction

VSA Intergroup AG reserves the right to limit the quantities delivered for certain products in any case.


10. Right of return / Right of revocation

We guarantee a right to return on products bought from us within 14 days of receipt. The time at which the goods are delivered is decisive for ensuring the deadline.

Returned products and packages are only accepted in good condition, i.e. undamaged, unused, unopened and in the original packaging.


We bear the costs for the return delivery by providing you with a free return delivery slip upon request.  You can request the return delivery slip by e-mail (info@vsaintergroup.com), or by telephone.


In any case, the customer is responsible for packing the goods to be returned so that they may be transported. Damage / loss of the goods due to improper packaging will be charged to the customer. If the customer hands over the goods to a transport company, the customer bears the risk for the safe transport of the goods. The transfer of risk to VSA Intergroup AG only occurs once the goods have arrived at VSA Intergroup AG.

11. Warranty

This item has been produced and checked with the most modern methods and is guaranteed against manufacturing faults for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase under following conditions:

In case of claim, within the guarantee period, the guarantee refers to the supply of the replaced part or to the repair of the faulty one or its replacement with a new one, providing the faulty article is returned to us. In case the faulty article is out of production, it will be replaced with a similar one.

The replaced parts belong to our company.

Returns will be accepted only if authorized by our company.

The guarantee does not cover component parts subject to wear and tear such as o-rings, gaskets, flexible hoses, joints for connections and spare parts or accessories sold loose on the retail market.

The following are excluded from the guarantee:

- direct or indirect damages caused by the client or third party;
- damages caused by incorrect installation or by incorrect use;
- damages caused by acid-based cleansing products;
- damaged caused by unsuitable use and insufficient maintenance.


12. Complaint deadline

Defects must be reported in writing within 14 days of receiving the goods. Otherwise the goods shall be deemed to be in perfect condition and accepted by the customer.


13. Transport damages

Transport damage must be reported in writing within 5 days to VSA Intergroup AG. The customer bears the risk of transport damages, as far as he cannot transfer these to the forwarder.


14. Data protection

The regulations of our Privacy Policy, which form an integral part of these general terms and conditions, form our data protection.


15. Liability

VSA Intergroup AG excludes, to the extent permitted by law, any liability vis-a-vis the customer for damages and consequential damages (e.g. as a result of accidents and/or injuries suffered regarding the products sold by VSA Intergroup AG). Under no circumstances shall breach of contract, impossibility of performance, fault at the time of conclusion of the contract or in tort justify claims for damages or a right to withdraw from the contract.


A case of liability must be reported in writing to info@vsaintergroup.com within 20 days of dispatch of the goods (handover of the consignment to the commissioned transport company); after this any claim will be forfeited.


16. Applicable law / court of jurisdiction

The contract is subject exclusively to the Swiss Code of Obligations and other standards issued by Swiss legislation.


The place of jurisdiction for all disputes with VSA Intergroup AG is Lugano, Switzerland.
